That was quite the amazing story. Thanks for sharing - now I feel like I should go back to school to learn some more basics.  :o

That's a really nice story. Love how the V twin sounds like 2 Enfield singles: same rattles and thump  8-).

Coupled with large quantities of skill, talent and ability.

That is Humbling ,  :o

WoW !

So , re-manufacturing a front pulley is  " Child's Play" in comparison.   I'd thought of having a 2 cylinder Savage but , more in the terms of putting a GS-500 engine on a Savage Frame and keeping the belt drive if gearing permitted.

:)

rember, once upon a time, engines didn't exist. Someone cast a block, built it from the ground up..

There is a fellow that has video's on Youtube....he takes Honda singles and makes twins out of them.  (He has no intention of making production models).

He also made a huge V-Twin using Pratt and Whitney cylinders from a radial airplane engine:

I saw something about this bike, the Musket, a few days ago but did not get to see it in action or hear the full story.  It is just amazing.  Well done young dude !

Then there's the 5, 9 and 48 cylinder Kawasaki triples built by a cat in the UK  :D
A guy over here also does an Enfield v twin called Carberry.
