Title: Oil Question Post by Grotsmack on 07/28/14 at 14:20:10 Okay, I apologize if this sounds like a stupid noob question, but I am about as handy with a wrench as a monkey with a typewriter. How often do you add oil to these bikes?  My '11 is running a bit rough lately, but when I check the oil window, it is still hard between the lines. Is there something else I may be missing-it just doesn't feel as smooth a ride as last week. Sorry again for lack of technical knowledge.

But the weather's been hot and humid out here lately, and my bike's running a little rough too.  I've got the idle mixture turned to zero and it's running a little better.

I have the Rotella 15W-40 on standby, as I did find that through my search of the site. So why I may not be handy with a wrench..I do LISTEN and read carefully what the experts here have to say.
