can anyone post a pic of their rear drum? I had my wheel off today, though it feels like its seated right theres a gap now.. i cant find any close ups on the net

Go to Bike Bandit or any Suzuki internet place that has the exploded parts pages.....it will show the location of all the parts and the way they should be assembled.

Why would i do that when i have service manual and clymers? Anyways, i don't need exploded view i need assebled pic, close up. :D

Which side has the gap...the pulley side or the brake drum side?

Looks like the drum is spaced too fat out from the hub....check that  the pulley bearing spacer (see pics #2 & 3) isn't in backwards.

The spacer is in correctly, it looks just like the first pic you posted, so I guess it's right? It just seems so far out.. maybe I just never noticed it before.. thanks for the help

The tell is the slot & tab. If they line up right, then its in right. YOuve got
the arm on the drum housing that has to line up with the brace in the swingarm,, that set of tab & slot says it all,

Those pics were from the Suzuki savage CD but mine is just as clean ;)
