Below are the links to a STEP-BY-STEP videos I did of changing out the factory petcock with the Raptor 660. Note that it is 3 parts. Hopefully, this will take out ANY confusion (as if there were any) on changing out the factory petcock!

The posted videos on this topic are long overdue. I used a rubber vacuum plug on the right side of the carb and it worked fine. You can get these at any auto supply store and for me the vacuum plug held up fine and looked like it belonged there. I had read about Pine having a rubber vacuum cap deteriorate quickly......so I kept a spare in the tool kit just in case I needed it.....but I never did in the year that I used that carb.
