Title: Baron Risers? Post by Bubbasan on 01/28/11 at 21:32:57 Has anyone installed Baron risers? I am wanting the shortest I can find that will fit and looking at the 4" BA-7410U. They have some bolt kits like the BA-7411-U which has a 1/2-13 top, but I'm not sure if the bottom shaft and threads are M10 or if they are long enough. Or does anyone have other riser suggestions for use with drag bars? |

If you have the short bar clamps (no risers) and want to spend a lot less, go buy some 3/8" drive 3/4 sockets and a couple 3/8 diameter bolts, length as required. The metric bolts don't fit thru the 3/8" drive. Otherwise, ask for the 10mm bolts and they should work. Another option, Z-bars with the short bar clamps. I like less pull back than the stock drags and wider. I found a set of z bars that I like, I guess just like what you're looking for. |

Baron also has 1/2-13 to 10MM bolts but I haven't found out if they are long enough. The Baron risers are the ones I was inquiring about. I am still going to look into these but may end up taking Serowbots approach. |

Two home made screws of 125 mm length and 10 mm diameter.
