So this a.m. the sun was shinning. After several days of rain and cold weather, this was a welcome sight.
The air was crisp as the temp was 48 and some wind in places.
Hubby had the day off so we geared up and went for a nice ride around the area. Total miles approximately was only 50.
This was my longest ride since getting back in the saddle. It felt soo good and I also got to try out the sun visor on my new helmet.
That is a nice addition I am glad to have. :) kim

Well 40 is my cut off temp most of the time. I made sure I was bundled up good. Wed is looking to be a good day to ride. I will have to go solo yet will venture out.
Dr. gave me the ok to ride as often and as much as I want now.. So I just have to follow the Doc's orders don't I ? ;) kim

What visor? It would be nice to have a visor like the one I had in late '70's (above with the silver helmet.)

it's fourty here in moses laKE, but the last time i went out when the temp was fourty i struck and killed a 130 lb black lab ouch...
than and the buzz the dr gave me would work makes it pretty hardto ride well not ride but just kinda stumpbled into itll.

Some jealousy thrown at you from the east side of PA!!! Snow, freezing rain, slush..... more snow tonight.

December was one of the coldest in a long, long time. The only time it got above 40 was when it was raining, so I didn't do any riding. I did get out on Jan 2nd when it got to 45 deg (F) with a tiny hint of sunshine (maybe 45 min). Then the YUK starting coming.

Almost have to break down and put the trickle charger on.
