Kids are different everywhere. Weve got some TUFF kids in some places in Longview, other places, not so tuff. How do I know? Well,, the speed limit in the school zones., some places its 30 MPH, others, only 20. One can only conclude that , well, thers a coupla options, really, One is, in the 30 MPH zone, the kids there are smarter/quicker & / Or tougher, than the kids in the 20 MPH zone.
