I just don't get it..charge him with murder and torture.. should think murder might be self evident..the poor victim didn't rip out his own heart or eye..but torture??? I wouldn't want to see someone ripping my heart out so perhaps it was an act of kindness.
Is everyone in California crazy? :D

yestarday in China the guy that went into a little kids school and harmed all 29 kids and two teachers (not killed) was exicuted.
this happened last month ,talk about swift justice. if it happened here he would have to kill a bunch of kids ,and a few years later at his trial he will plead not guilty, after a 3 month trial he might get the death sentance, and in 12 to 20 years he might get the death he deserves.
A little quicker in Texas.
