Ive got a question for you guys, sometimes when i check the oil level and its a little low i will add a little and start it up without problems and then later on for maybe one or two starts max i get a lot of white smoke on start up, if i accelerate a little it will disappear and it wont do it again untill after a week or two it gets low and i add a little more oil.

What is going on?

Is it moist out?... could be water condensing in the muffler...

or,... are you overfilling?....

water vapor is white,.... oil is blue/grey.... fuel is black...

good point how are you checking the oil?
