On the right side of the caburettor on my 03 Savage there are 2 thin electrical wires that make contact at full trottle.Why are they there an what are there meaning in life? Peteraa from sweden

Trace the wires back to where ever they go.
Make sure they aren't connected to any black box that isn't connected to anything else.   :o

Those are only on some european bikes - If I remember right it keeps the ign timing from full advance unless at full throttle - and maybe not in lower gears

I'll dig around on here - it was documented several years ago - let me see what can be found

Thank you for the answers. It was my wife who put the thing in there,no just jokeeing,it must be something european as you wrote.I leave it because it never have done me any harm. Peter
