I finally got my 8" over Seeger front end kit, It looks pretty straight forward to install but I'm going to try and get some friends to help. I'll keep posted and pics to follow.

Looking foreward to it, what length are your fork legs, axle to top ?

I'll let you know after I put it together, you have to use the lower sliders with the new 8 " over tubes.

they will be around 38"
