:o  Honda VTX 1800.  Check out the rear brake.  A sideways rotor.  Leg burner for sure.

I'd hate to have to hurt him for messing up a Savage that bad... ;D. Cafe racers are cool, especially period correct cafe racers, i.e., Norton, Trump, Beezer. That's a nice bike style with a V-twin or inline four, but a vertical twin or single would probably look a bit too, um "ricer", like the sticker clad Honda Civics the teens are are sporting around town.

Now, take a Savage, add a late 60s/early 70s XLCH quarter fairing, drag bars, and tucked turn signals...wrinkle black cylinder and inner cases, striped wheel centers, one piece seat like the S40 but cut down to 1/2 or less thickness, add rear set foot controls...oh man, now I gotta go buy another savage to cut up... 8)

In 1989/90 Honda sold a truely superb Cafe-styled Bike in the U.S. ... the GB500TT which featurured a 500cc Thumper ... these Bikes are beautiful and rare ... drooool!
