No matter where it goes from here, Trump will be a war criminal
He has stated in his own words that his actions are intended to end a civilization
A war tribunal will have no problem finding that as a war crime
He is destroying civilian bridges as we speak
If you want to argue that they have military uses, forget about it. He has already said the goal is ending a civilization

Will we extradite a former President?
We will be legally obligated
Will he try to run to Argentina or someplace?
I would guess so, but the Secret Service may have a problem with that

At the same time we have Ann Coulter, MTG, Tucker Carlson, Alex Jones, and many other Right Wing heroes calling for a 25th amendment solution

I do wonder what it would be like for the EU to cooperate with other nations, stroll in and take Trump captive like we did ("we" meaning the US military staff specific to the operation that resulted in Maduro being captured) and haul him off to the Middle East to face trial.
