Title: TKAT Fork Brace - $80 shipped to mainland 48 state Post by Dave on 02/03/26 at 10:17:38 This fork brace was custom made for me by TKAT about 12 years ago. I was mounting an 18" wheel and a low fender - and I wanted to be able to mount the fender onto the bottom of the fork brace. Normally the middle portion of the TKAT brace was mounted on top of the side pieces so it can clear the stock fender. This one is mounted even with the side pieces to lower the brace. This brace will not work with the stock fender or an oversized tire. It will work with a stock 100/90-19 front tire...or anything shorter. It was also made for the front forks that have the plastic shield on the top of the forks - but it appears it will fit on any forks that have an OD of 58mm at the top where the seal is (you have to remove the plastic deflector if your forks have them). It is already packed in a USPS Small Flat Rate box and ready to ship anywhere a Flat Rate box will ship at the standard rate. I am not thrilled about shipping it internationally - it adds a considerable amount of time to the shipping process. Here is what it looked like on my bike. |

Title: Re: TKAT Fork Brace Post by Dave on 02/03/26 at 10:21:34 This is what it looks like with the mount for the fender underneath. I had used JB Weld to hold it in place, and the two holes in the bottom of the brace are threaded to hold the fender on: |
