I agree that, If Cotton has been scamming the system, he should experience the consequences, but that doesn't erase the Fact that. Laticia has been harboring a fugitive,and is guilty of mortgage fraud.

The Real Estate/Mortgage industry is basically self governed in almost every state in the country. Since they're running the show, why not let THEM handle it? For all you know, they're about to contribute to her campaign, which apparently, looking at the 47 regime, makes it not only legal, but preferable and even tax free!
