Title: Buss in NY
Post by MnSpring on 08/22/25 at 17:54:51

Who was Driving ?

Wonder what that company's Requirements are,
to drive a tour buss ?

All I could find was:

"The driver is alive and well," Trooper James O’Callaghan, a spokesperson for the New York State Police, said. "We’re working with him. We believe we have a good idea of what happened, why the bus lost control."

"mechanical failure as well as operator impairment have been ruled out,"

"The police commander explained that initial investigations indicated that the driver "became distracted, lost control, and over-corrected."

          But,
  the needle will say,
it's Trump's fault !!!!!!

It's obviously Hillary or Obama's fault.

Don't know.

Reports from 'news' outlets say:

“… The crash involved a tractor-trailer and O’Callaghan said “the bus did roll” but did not reveal the exact reason why. …”

“… The identity of the driver involved in the bus crash near Niagara Falls has not been disclosed, and the investigation is still ongoing. Authorities have stated that the driver has been cooperative, but no charges have been filed at this time …”

“…  The vehicle was at "full speed" but did not strike any others before stopping on the interstate, O'Callaghan said. "It basically lost control," he said. …”

“… Why remained a key question as evening arrived. Ray said the exact cause of the crash was under investigation, but troopers believe the bus' driver became distracted…”

“…It's believe the operator became distracted, lost control, and overcorrected,…”

Two things that were mentioned several times in 2 days, by print/aired medias was,
   "High Speed". "Distracted Driver"

Isn't that typical with the majority of reported vehicle accidents?  Then there's "under the influence" but that appears slightly less common in my opinion.  This is an opinion.
