This assumes drug companies don't mark up drugs more than 1000%.

But they do. Math test failed, but not by Trump in this specific scenario, and only this scenario with the exemption of all other known scenarios and mathematical inputs of any kind.

When a PBM lobbies and succeeds in getting a 7700% markup on Adcirca to treat hypertension, they can still get 6200% markup gains if there is a 1500% reduction in markup. They would not pay us.
