White Supremacists are terrorists by definition. Why doesn't 47 take them on? They voted for HIM. Instead of deporting them, he hired them to be ICE agents. Why do they wear masks? To hide the fact that most of them are Proud Boys. Legitimate LEOs do not hide their faces. And you can't say it's to make sure the "agents" are not the target of retaliatory actions--- if they were legitimate and their actions were legal, the People would SUPPORT them, not try to stop them.
