Well, what if he were a white guy? He'd have had his license taken and been sent to rehab. Hell, if he'd been a Proud Boy, or other domestic terrorist, he'd be having dinner at Mar-a-Lago! It was a traffic accident. It was a traffic accident, no matter who was driving. He should get the same as any white guy--- maybe involuntary manslaughter at the worst.

Whether he was here legally or not is a different issue, and should have zero impact on the traffic accident. The post blows it out of proportion, and is based on a complete lack of logic. Sure, if he had been in another country, HE wouldn't have had the accident. You could say that about ANY driver involved in an accident, citizen or not. If there were no cars, there wouldn't be any accident, either. That's no more relevant than what the post is complaining about.
