I've been seeing these ads for power plate lately, and in reading thru the propaganda they say total body vibration is key to health.

And it dawned on me... I got 1 of those machines... it's called a savage!

So do it for your heath, ride dailly. ;D

My sister in law has one of those power plate machines.

I stood on it once.......and it felt like a lawn mower with a blade out of balance! ;)
