Title: 4K years old, oak wagon,, Post by Graybeard on 08/20/24 at 08:34:30 https://www.ancient-origins.net/artifacts-ancient-technology-news-history-archaeology/lchashen-wagon-0021180?utm_source=substack&utm_medium=email Trying to use a hint a guy gave me. https://www.ancient-origins.net/ Mmology/lchashen-wagon-0021 Killed the ? and what followed. Still works! Coolniss.. Screwed that up,, Curse you cursor! https://www.ancient-origins.net/artifacts-ancient-technology-news-history-archaeology/lchashen-wagon-0021 Anyway, it was buried, then a lake developed and the burial site was under water for, apparently, quite a while. It's amazingly well preserved. I wish they had included a diagram of some of the joinery they speak so highly of. I'm not the guy to do that kinda work, but I can appreciate it. I sometimes watch YouTube videos of Japanese magicians building intricately joined things that just stay together without jamming screws in it. |
