I have no idea how often someone gets prosecuted for lying on one of those silly forms you have to fill out before you buy a weapon. But, I do know that the situation with Hunter has escalated tremendously because his lawyer is trying to pull a fast one and get a deal pushed through that nobody else would’ve gotten. That’s what created this. Plus, he’s a slimeball who stole a lot of money using his dad‘s name and with his dad‘s help.

it was totally rigged the judge is a maga trumper the prosecutor is a communist the court room was too hot the court room was too cold hunter had a gag order and couldn't defend himself JK :D

Repeat Criminal could be 25 years. 10 +10 + 5 if continuous on the counts.

Most people would get 10 for all 3 of the counts, at the same time.

Yet the Judge DOES have the option of NO Jail time.
Pick up some garbage on the street, and parole.

Or could be like Mohamed Noor.
KILLING a person in cold blood,
For Abspoulaty No Reason at all
Who would have NOT DIED, if Noor had NOT shot her.
Where Noor got Full Pay for waiting for trial.
Where he was , ‘originally’ sentenced for 12.5 years.
(In a COUNTRY CLUB Prison)
And was a FREE Man in 4.5 Years.

Most Certainly not a sentience for 22 Years in Solitary Confinement,
For doing what he was TRAINED to do.
To subdue a highly combative Felon.
Who, would have DIED from a overdose if not even stopped.

Again,.
Let’s see what the penalty is !

I hope Trump pardons all the January 6 protesters during his inaugural speech. Of course the problem is, during his inaugural speech they’ll be another “insurrection“ going on with insurrectionist trying to stop the inauguration, but the media won’t call it an insurrection and since they are the ones telling you what to think and say, you won’t either.

Somehow we’ve got to get through these next four years, one way or another, and then hope for a miracle.

I agree. Why not? It was no insurrection and they were unfairly prosecuted.
Much worse was done by antifa and BLM but there was no investigation to see if there was some some loosely defined conspiracy. Apply the same investigative techniques against those who tried to break into the White Hose and kill Trump and I bet you’d find the same email trails etc…
