Given the plagues the world has seen as well as WWI and WWII, I wouldn’t say we’re on an abyss never seen before but clearly we are jumping off a cliff and we can’t see the bottom. Of course Biden is powerless to do anything except make it worse. Transferring student debt to taxpayers, the latest Democratic get-out-the-vote program, is a terrible idea. The fact a huge percentage of the population repeat the phrase cancel student debt is an indication of how stupid people are and how they’ll willingly line up in front of a metaphorical firing squad. Trump’s first term just delayed our fall. There was a chance he could have been the one to save The Republic, but he blew it. Having said that, I agree in the sense that he’s the only one who will push back. Haley is not the solution, DeSantis, while a far better choice than her, is no Trump. There are no Democrats worth $hit, that’s obvious with the exception of RFK Jr, but they’ll kill him if he gets close. So we’re screwed for a while. I hope we survive this socialist experiment being pushed on us, but I have my doubts. |

The financial institutions get paid, the colleges get paid, the student gets their education, but taxpayers pay the bill. To be fair, there’s a lot of people (and I suspect most of those are democratic party voters ) that don’t pay taxes so they don’t really care. |
