Pretty much a no win situation for our favourite orange manbaby

I'd guess 50-50 he goes ballistic or tries for 1,000 5th's...

Only guilty people plead the 5th
Oh yeah,... he's already found guilty, this just decides the penalty amount.

Number one, I’m not brain dead

Number Two, the Republicans are not part of the Banana Republic legal system that the Democrats currently enjoy right now, and

number three, just wait for it.

And what are you gonna do when the truth is revealed that Joe Biden has been corrupt his entire political life? Seriously, he’ll be dead by then or so incapacitated that they won’t bother putting him in jail, but his brother,  his brothers wife, Pudd’nhead‘s wife, Jill, and their son Hunter will face charges. Then what are you gonna do. Let me guess, DON JR….DON JR.  DON JR…

I agree. But I also agree that this judge and this Attorney General(who’s posting updates on social media every day about the trial so she can get on Camera) are infected with TDS like so many others. But unlike others, yourselves for example, they have the power to take away someone’s wealth or freedom because they disagree politically. That’s not right.

Mara Lago is taxed at $18 million value. Tax valuations are usually low, so say it's a value of $25 million.
Trump claims it's worth over a Billion to $1.5B.
Should Florida tax him at that value?

The bottom line, and the critical part to all this, is, there was no damage. The banks did not object at all. The lending institutions were not harmed and I’ve not read anything about the loans not being serviced. These banks knew who they were dealing with, and they were comfortable.

The only one who objected was a politically motivated state Attorney General, with her eyes on future offices. That’s all. That’s the truth.

His gain is your loss.
Your taxes are higher or your interest is higher because he got lower rates.

Lets see,
170,000,000.00
is more or less than,
151,000,000,000.00 ?

Do you truly understand what the difference is ?

The, 'Victims,' which have NO CHOICE, are FORCED to pay for the Illegals to the tune of, $151 Billion a Year

Ridiculously high to banks for loans and low to states for taxes.
Same property, different value.  Sometimes %1,000's of percent

Oh and I hope this outrage over lost tax money is resurrected when all the subpoenaed Biden family are forced to reveal these “loan” repayments.

Making “payments” under the guise of loan repayments is a common money laundering scheme.

The SBA, (Small Business Loans),

This is how it worked in the mid 70’s to late 80’s.
(And looks like it works the same today)

Get several hundred thousand from a local bank, up to 85% Guarantied by the SBA.

Start the business, make the payments, then 6 +/- months, talk to the bank, and tell them you’re going to be a little short, but you will make it up. Be nice, contrite, schmooze, perhaps some little, ‘gifts’.
All the time payments on the loan are getting  little less and the REAL incoming money coming in is getting more !
(Of Course IRS # are fudged)

Then one day, no more payments, 3 months later notice is served, doors close, items put up for sale.

Who buys the stuff?
The Original owner, at a teeny, tiny, FRACTION, of what it cost the government,
(Through a shill)

POOF, a successful business, on the back of YOUR money !

The same people/mentality, that allows the majority of failed SBA loans, to settle for a reduced amount, a compromise, or loan forgiveness.

Are the SAME people/mentality, that want to punish one man.

And you do NOT think, it is purely a Political Ploy, to install more Socialism ?
  (Oh yea, forgot,
the UL, DFI,  FDS, WOKE, Socialists,
      Don’t think !!!!)

"... From the USA Government about, TODAY’s SBA Loans.
The lender will then turn the debt over to the SBA. The government has standards and practices to recoup lost funds, but it may be able to settle with the loan holder for a reduced amount. This process can be costly and time consuming for the business owner but can ultimately result in a form of loan forgiveness.  After assets and collateral have been seized, wages garnished, and/or tax refunds withheld, the SBA will send an “offer in compromise” letter, which allows the business owner to suggest a settlement amount that they can afford to close out the loan ..."

“… Although the bank didn’t conduct its own full appraisals of Trump's properties, it sometimes gave sizable “haircuts” to the values he'd placed on such holdings …”

Seriously Thump, do you have a unique thought about anything or is it all sound bites? I don’t recall reading anything of substance. You might not agree with me but I explain my reasoning on topics. And I disagree with Trump on many of his issues, don’t particularly like him, would rather have Obama for a neighbor etc…so I’m not what you define as a MAGA (even though you and the media have that definition wrong).

Without using catch phrases, what is it about Trump that drives you crazy. And please don’t say it’s crimes because practically every politician is a criminal to one degree or another and it’s beyond obvious that Biden sold his office for access.

So what is it about Trump that’s so much worse?

Title: Re: you think
Post by WebsterMark on 11/11/23 at 06:25:37

1) You didn’t answer my question

2) I showed you copies of cancelled checks  (in the suspicious amount of 10% “for the big guy) for loan repayments which is a well used technique in money laundering. The funds came through a convoluted maze of shell companies in an attempt to avoid easy detection, again a common money laundering technique. The committee documented (again with canceled checks) from foreign sources to Biden family members (including grand children)  totaling hundreds of thousands.

Side note: I was a credit manager for a manufacturing company when I was younger. We discover theft from a person in the accounting department who was using family member names to funnel checks through. It was really clever. She figured out a way to cut checks to old customers who had a word in their company name similar to the name of a family member of hers. This company had been around for a very long time and had a huge database of old customers and since many of them were small startups, they often used their names or names of their kids in their company name. She used journal entries to move credits from the AR of very large legit and active customers. After a couple weeks when no one noticed, she did a check request back to the company with the name similar to one of her family and then they split the money. No one check the address or that the exact name on the check matched the original info on file.

Here’s why it worked. Sure, the company had poor procedures because you should always inactivate accounts with no activity after a while. But, how she really got by with it (for maybe as long as 5 years) is the woman had worked for that company for a long time and was very popular. So many did not even think to check her work. They believed her when she said a particular customer had overpaid an invoice and when she called to tell them, she said they would rather have a check back than a credit on their AR.

100% true story. You refuse to see Biden’s crimes cause he’s a nice guy and all the while he’s robbing you blind.

Hardly. It’s just you’re boring.

This table is in desperate need of new blood. Maybe offer a free pitcher of beer or something…
