I never claimed that. When you comment on every thread on this forum I will start listening to your complaints that I do not comment on every thread. Or is this another situation where Your own standards don't apply to you? I should reply to what You want me to, but you can freely pick what you want to comment on.

I don't care about anyone's opinion on the POTUS, so I don't look at references about it. Including Yours.

I think outside whether news is true or not. That it is unwise to have a head filled with compulsive thoughts.
Not only do you get caught up in that, it is also very unhealthy for your body, which gives an emotional response to all those thoughts.
And thoughts release all sorts of stuff like dopamine that actually numbs us.
It brings incredible suffering into our lives.
