Anyone know the thread size on these bolts by any chance?

If you are referring to the long bolts that secure the head cover on the right side (you reported one as "stripped'), they are M6 x 1.0 mm.  Pitch is 1.0 mm.  These bolts thread into blind holes, so they are not "thru-bolts".

If you are referring to some other bolt, then you will have to be more specific.

A thru-bolt utilizes a nut.

Sorry, I meant the long bolts on the bottom that secure the footpegs and go through the entire engine. I figured it out, they are m10x1.25 - i am replacing the acorn nuts with class 10.9 flanged serrated nuts for more convenient removal of these bolts.
