I think the only potential argument for "cultural appropriation" is the volume over time.

It still makes no sense, but if anything that's the one to make.

Another issue is when a random low-volume "WOKE" concern is amplified far beyond it's actual level of concern by counter opinion outlets. For instance one person commented that charcoal facemasks were racist when white humans used them since it is equivalent to "blackface".

This random one-time comment was repeated for months by Conservative anti-"WOKE" websites and social media. Had they left it as a random comment from some idiot, then nobody would be upset over the "WOKE assault on charcoal face-masks" that literally never existed. This is pretty much just creating an enemy for click-bait profit. Both sides of any issue do this as money is universally motivating.

The problem is that humans that consume this information scrutinize the motives of information they do not agree with, but not information they do agree with.

Acknowledging how WOKE media can be over-reacted to is not equal to supporting WOKE ideology. WOKE ideology can still make little to no sense.

Agreed, but if one human does say something in the comments on an internet article how many months should anti-WOKE outlets spend making a big deal out of that one comment?

I say zero seconds should be spent entertaining the words of one human on one article.

Reacting to something that is consistent, repeated, and verified as an accurate activism subject is another story. Most of these single comment response articles and videos are nothing more than click-bait. It's no different than TDS analyzing every breath, blink and twitch from Trump to create negative narrative about Conservative policy. Most of those are nothing more than for-profit clickbait with zero actual substance or truth.

Acknowledging that many anti-WOKE outlets over-react to Troll comments lying about WOKE activism is not equal to supporting WOKE activism. WOKE ideology can still be pointless, even if other ideologies try to make money off it.

Why would I work to change the Covid counting methods in CO if I believed the CDC was already correctly counting? Why would I try to correct something that is already correct? Why did we get the numbers of dead from Covid lowered?

I just think that if one person claims, in a comment section of a Spa/Beauty article that charcoal facemasks are racist is not significant enough of an event to claim there is a "WOKE assault on charcoal face-masks". That is obviously clickbait. This type of thing has no value to the consumer.

Acknowledging it is clickbait is not equal to supporting or "defending" WOKE ideology. WOKE ideology can still be pointless while Conservative websites make money making false claims about WOKE assaults that never happened.

It's ridiculous. As I said before, if anything cultural appropriation can be argued as volume over time and that's about it.

Also I think too many resources outlining WOKE ideology gasp onto any minute comment, statement, word, etc. when they should be ignoring a lot of it as it is trolling or simply one human, on a planet of billions, typing nonsense one time. For instance zero activism existed regarding charcoal facemasks but a lot of people are upset over all the activism. That one Troll sure got the reaction they were looking for.
