Not the case any more.
No more, 'catching'.
It is a OPEN border.
Now it is, walk accost, say you are under distress and seeking asylum because …, …, …, then go wherever you want to go.

However, look at the money we all are saving, not giving them FREE cell phones/service anymore.
No need for billions + of dollars, because no more Ice, Border control, surveillance equipment, cars trucks, buildings, checkpoints etc, etc, etc, necessary.

Eager to see Taxes going down.
OH wait, they will increase, Got to feed/house/healthcare all the people that never had, or never will, pay, ONE CENT.
