Like being at a PUBLIC shooting range, and having a local police department, and a Border Control group saying I HAVE to leave, simply because the are there.

If those two agencies ASKED NICELY, not a problem leaving the range.
BUT they DID NOT.
They IMPLIED I HAD to leave.

They had more people than me, so I left.
Then contacted the County.
They NEVER did it again to ANYBODY.
After the owner, (all the people in that County) said they can not.
And not to, (imply) they have the authority to do so.

Get used to it.

Observed reality relies on personal observation. As long as a human refuses to Observe something, then it is not reality. Since they haven't observed it, then it's not happening. Or if they Observed something, that thing happens everywhere.

How about, FIRST HAND EXPERIENCED Reality ?

This is more accurate as a human is typically not in a place to refuse to Observe an activity they experience.

If I am in a car wreck, it is unlikely I can refuse to Observe it.

If You are in a car wreck, and I refuse to Observe any information on it by ignoring You, all reports on it etc. then my Observed Reality is you never got into a wreck.
