Sure, the French people are the most spoiled citizens in the world, but is there something else going on over there or is this really just about raising the retirement age from 62 to 64?

They are tired of their ruling class railroading them. Nothing new; however, it has been worse than previous decades...............

My understanding is it is primarily about the 2 year addition, but as usual, this is not the only thing anyone I know from/in France has to say negatively about the government there.
