Face it, there is a subset of people who are hired and promoted by companies BECAUSE of what they do when "they aren't doing their actual job". Actually, I care to a point what people do when they "aren't doing their actual job". I would care a great deal if my child's teacher starred in drag shows or attended drug-fueled orgies every weekend. This woman was featured in that promotional for an ESG because of her queer status, immigrant background, and color.
