Title: Jan 6th trial extensions Post by Eegore on 03/04/23 at 09:14:04 There seems to be some incorrect assessment that any human US Citizen that is incarcerated over 70 days is having their 6th Amendment violated. This is false, and in my experience is most often found stated on fundraising websites, Twitter or Facebook or by the incarcerated individual. Specific to Jan 6th human US Citizens, multiple sources have incorrectly claimed this is happening, even though documented US Court documents show evidence to the contrary, each human US Citizen's legal representation acknowledges the documents and have not challenged them, or have filed the extension requests themselves. In this thread and only this thread with the exemption of all other known threads on this forum or any other forum in existence, the words "human", "US" and "Citizen" when combined exclusively in that specific order are to be considered representative of any known human that is a legal citizen of the United States. The following examples of legal US Court extensions apply to Jan 6th human US Citizens that have incorrectly been assessed as incarcerated and having their Speedy Trial rights violated. Again this does not mean I agree with the incarceration, but that evidence exists showing why they are legally incarcerated over 70 days. |

Actually I did this months ago, and have followed some of them since their initial arrest, but never created an outline to show specifically the exact document(s) as most people just read the documents I offer, or don't argue about their contents if they don't read them. I am currently addressing another issue and will complete this list soon. 2 of them are questionable, I am having 3 separate legal analysts and 2 innocence project groups evaluate the content of their entire case filings, or provide me an evaluation of what they already have. Also the reference website is incomplete, but since it has been established that any government source is to be considered dishonest, I am not going to offer direct US Court documents from the Department of Justice as evidence in this thread. |

This is like saying the only way to know what a word means is to read the entire dictionary. Nobody believes that. Besides speculation, what evidence do you have that their 6th Amendment rights are being violated? You won't do the research, that's fine, then you won't have observed a fact other than the one you think is true. You want to go around believing none of these people have legal waivers, that's also fine. Use lies to tell the truth, just don't expect me to go along with it. Since I am using your source, not a government source with the same documents, this should be substantial enough information to show why I think websites, Twitter, Facebook and some of the defendants are lying to you. I for one would not donate to a defendant that is lying to me about their legal waivers. I would however consider it for anyone that was honest about their legal proceedings. |

I've posted tons of references that people won't read here and they say the information is wrong. It's normal behavior on this forum, but it is also a decent example in plausible deniability. This won't change anything, some people here will just find another reason to falsely claim the 6th Amendment is being violated because they want it to be true. Other people feel duped, or are simply uneducated to how the US legal process actually works. They should know some people are lying about their legal waivers, or their own motions to extend trial dates. |

Evidence from a non-government source indicates every single one has a waiver, new evidence presented, unopposed extensions, or flat out requests from the defendant to extend. Also the source omits things like being incarcerated/at trial under 70-days. They freely mix sentencing with trial waiting times. That's not misleading at all. |

Why would I work to change the system if the system was correct? Why would I have thousands and thousands removed from the count if they were correct? The challenges to this so far are to complain about vaccines, or money. I can not find a single human US Citizen that actually was held over 70 days (not claimed on Twitter, but actually really happened) that does not have documentation in US Courts. Almost all of them are unopposed or requested by the defendant. After looking through the documents provided here has anyone spotted any inconsistencies? Specifically in these documents, not inconsistencies in every other thing in the world except this topic. |

Why would I work in Colorado to change the counts in Colorado, if the counts in Colorado are incorrect in Colorado? Is that more clear? I am asking why, if you say I agreed with "numbers", would I work to change "numbers", in Colorado? The location is not pertinent, the point is I didn't agree with the initial CDC methods but the inability for some to have an adult conversation prohibits them from acknowledging that. So instead they make up nonsense in their heads like I am saying or implying the vaccine is safe and effective. To which I never said, or implied.
