I'm not seeing it from the airline's side. If I sell products to a company and the manager of the company or the warehouse manager are authorized to order from me,but I get a call from a salesman and he wants me to ship him a pallet of expensive products, then if I do that, can I really wrestle payment from them?
Yeah, stuff can be returned, Air Miles notsomuch.

This one seems like a flip of the coin, but yes breach of contract can work this way.
