Kinda wish I did, so I could cancel it. Ohh,well, disappointed again.

It's wording was so ridiculous I can't imagine it was intended to be implemented.

Anyone over at Paypal that thought this would not result in massive losses is severely out of touch with modern economics.

I'm really curious to know Who exactly decided to say that. If it wasn't From the top, then if nobody knows who wrote and inserted that, I would suggest they do an internal investigation and see if Someone has an assistant who just struck it rich shorting their stock.

Nope. Never have. I'm sure you were surprised.. And correct in your thinking.
I heard yesterday they had apologized and reversed course.
Today I've seen a report that No, they are staying with it.
Doesn't matter to me. Even IF they apologize and reverse course, you can't apologize your way out of telling me who you are.

LOLOLOL Same thing !

PP is so Crooked, I stoped doing business with them, (and e-bay), in 2005 when E-bay bought them.
(Heck I even sold, 'GASP' Guns on flea-bay early on)

After they 'TRIED' to 'STEAL' over 5 grand from me.
      They Didn't
I asked the gal on the phone if I could use pp funds to pay for a CD movie of 16 year old naked girls, interacting with male farm animals.
the girl at pp said:  SURE,
  it is only a MOVIE,
  NOT A FIREARM !!!!!!!

Today in their rules they, 'say', no obscenities.
Yet they do not describe what a 'obscenity' is'.

Do know, one of their descriptions of a, 'obscenity' is, a device which is designed to keep people FREE !

Years ago, it was reported pp paid Anti Gun organizations over 10% of their profits.  Don't know what it is now.  Do know they GIVE Significant amount of money to ANTI-Freedom organizations !

Here is pp giving a deposit of, $50 Million, to a bank, that was established in 1921 and doing very well and didn't need it!

This week, Optus Bank, a Black-owned banking institution based in South Carolina,
Opened in 1921.
You'd think that in a hunnert Years the racist white bankers would have figgered out a way to bankrupt them.
I wonder what qualifications they require to loan money to a white entrepreneur.
Spose the Same requirements are there for someone from the black community?
I have no idea. Nobody who doesn't work there can have a clue.
Ohh, just remembered, of Course the rules are the same. Blacks can't be racist.
I don't know why I have so much trouble remembering that.

Considering the way it was written made it impossible to enforce without going to court every single time I imagine it was more of a draft that ended up in a final document.  I'm sure over time it could have been revised and eventually funded in a way that they wouldn't spend decades  in court suing people for "misinformation".  Right now at the end of the day I am sure they would rather have the customer over the $2500 and multiple thousands in legal fees.
