So, what do we know about who wrote that contract?

Yep, written by a white person.
Why, Justin,, you can't believe that! It's nonsensical to believe a white person would write a contract that punishes white people for being white! It's a decision that is made without seniority or merit,it's Racist.. And, yeah it's as purely as racist as any of the abhorrent racism that existed in America prior to Civil Rights act.
I Know how it looks, but it HAD TO have been written by a white person, because they are the only people who are capable of Being Racist.

"underrepresented" staff are protected from layoffs thus bypassing the seniority based system. So I say they make all staff protected from layoffs thus forcing the return of a seniority-based system.

What would be best would be to lay off the worst staff and keep the best, but that's not what Unions typically achieve.

I'm in East Texas and my grandson had exactly ONE white teacher last year.
It's a RACIST approach to handling layoffs.
And, it had to have been written BY white people. Because, reasons.

I'd provide a non-government study like almost every one I have ever presented but you would never look at it and still say I'm wrong. If you actually looked you would know I rarely use Government material. Of course then you might have to stop making up statements I never said.

Sure. So make all staff "underrepresented" so race no longer matters. All races would then have the same protections leaving seniority as the primary method.

I'm agreeing with you but you are over reacting as usual being too concerned with me using the exact words you want to hear to realize it.

Sounds like, to me, this needs to be modified so race isn't applicable. Why would I think mitigating the race section of policy if race isn't a primary component?

No, not bickering. I just want to use this moment to help the folks who have been telling us that blacks are not racist. Minorities are not racist. Whites are inherently racist, racism is just baked into the mix. And since lefties are simply never wrong ,what must we conclude?

Someone who is not white engaged in obvious racism.

So, since E agrees with me, that this contract is racist.
The whole point of this post is to shine a light on racism, and that cute little mantra of white people being racist and nonwhite people just simply are not and can not be racist is exactly what I called it so long ago.
