Looks like it was done hastily and they failed to prepare the foundation of the project.

Which is exactly what the big push towards EVs is. The grid is on the edge of being so overloaded that we are being exhorted to minimize our use of electricity, and at the same time being encouraged to buy EVs.
As much as I avoid TV news even I have become aware that the administration is choosing not to work to decrease the cost of driving a car.
The government has No Business manipulating the price of gasoline/choosing to make America dependent on imported oil, which is exactly what he has done. The Market will develop the most attractive technology, given time. What is being done is goin to create trouble.
And while I'm up on this soapbox, Biden selling our strategic oil reserves to China!!??
Would have been Treason if Trump did it.
And I Would have agreed, fully!

This is in Wokingham UK. You can see Loddon river is right there and it appears it floods in that area regularly.

That is good to know. It completely reinforces what I'm saying. A place where it floods regularly is EXACTLY where it should be.Right!?

That it happens to not be in America means beans. We are just as idiotic in our government pushing for an American transition from our gas using cars to electric.
