Kavanaugh testified under oath that he considered Roe v Wade settled law.
He was only confirmed because of that lie.
Should SCOTUS's lie under oath?
What should the penalty be for lying to get a lifetime position that may be one of the most influential on the planet?

Gee Bot, they did try to kill him not long ago.

I believe he said: "Kavanaugh told the Senate at his 2018 confirmation hearing that the Roe decision "is important precedent of the Supreme Court that has been reaffirmed many times."

Pretty good BS answer.......

So if one Lies and says:

Ok Bot, here is one for you.

There was no Constitutional right to abortion, there is no mention of the procedure in the constitution. Funny how lefties can find a right to abortion, which is not mentioned, but they are somehow confused about weapons, even though it SAYS:

The right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed.
