On June 10, the Dutch Minister for Nitrogen and Nature Policy, Ms. Christianne van der Wal, laid forth the country’s plan to reduce its nitrogen emissions. The plan calls upon each Dutch Province to implement emission reduction measures to reduce nitrogen emissions between 12 and 70 percent, depending on the area.

That doesn't just increase the cost to the consumer. That is a burden on the rancher. It's another piece of record keeping ,because the taxpayers have to keep records of Proof of Compliance. It will be the end for the smaller ranches. More consolidation of the supply. Making control easier for the government. It's almost as if there is a plan. I wonder if there is a clue anywhere that would let us have Just an Inkling of an understanding of what it might be.
Agenda21 would be a start. You know it didn't write itself. It's Not a madmans manifesto. It's a nonbinding proposal.. Okay, nonbinding,, it's STILL SOMETHING THAT POWERFUL PEOPLE HAVE BEEN TALKING ABOUT..
