So they post a lie then use a lie to show its not a lie.

Symbol on the pyramid is incorrect and the photographer who has been credited for this image - that has been online for 7 years - has stated he wasn't in Glastonbury this year.

 PUBLISHED: 04:58 EDT, 29 June 2015:

https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-3142856/As-year-s-Glastonbury-closes-big-clean-begins.html

 This year:

https://pictures.reuters.com/archive/MUSIC-GLASTONBURY--RC250V92AQ4G.html

The photo is not of an "abandoned" festival location but one in transition between activities and clean-up crews of 800 volunteers.

Why use lies to prove the point? Why not use truth to show the truth?

Oh wait, we are supposed to ignore this is all lies and pretend its true because we don't like Greta and her nonsense.  You know because we are interested in the truth, so we pretend lies are true.

If you're not remembering well, lefties Do leave a mess. IDK why people post a picture and attribute it to something and it is bullshit, plenty of Real to point to.
How did you find out that is bogus?

Everyone leaves a mess at huge events like this.  I agree there is a point, but in this case a team of 800 volunteers cleaned the event area in the manner they planned.

The reason people use inaccurate imagery to fabricate a false narrative about any topic is because it works.  This false imagery and omission of facts makes people look like they did something they did not do and this results in people distributing the lie as if were truth.  Its easy, get a photo, lie about what it represents, and let everyone else go share it as factual.

Think about it, even though none of what was posted is true, you still propose Lefties leave messes, even though the event pictured was cleaned up according to it's schedule, most of it recycled.  What is the comparison to Righties?  How is event trash volume and removal even quantified in a way it can have reasonable comparison?  This picture and associated article provides zero actual evidence to the proposal that Lefties leave messes behind at events like this.  That is not equal to saying it never happens, it only means that the information provided here does not show what it claims.

Citizen Free Press historically is very inaccurate and will link to anything that gets them clicks by mostly Conservative users.  All I had to do was Google the headline and about 9 separate sources had information on the inaccuracies.  I then reverse image searched the photo and also looked up information on the photographer.  Then I checked the photographers public postings, some were about this article and how he wasn't there this year and that the photos were taken in 2015.

Capital staff had to clean up feces and urine from the halls.

Did any of the rioters volunteer?

Not true. A 2A group had a rally and when they left, they picked up everything. Looked like nobody had been there. I've seen the disaster Leftyville types leave. You even supported that statement when I made it some time back.

  INCORRECT

Totally
 Absolutely
   Completely

INCORRECT.

"Not true. A 2A group had a rally and when they left, they picked up everything. Looked like nobody had been there. I've seen the disaster Leftyville types leave. You even supported that statement when I made it some time back."

Ok let me be more specific.

Events like these cause messes.  There is not a group that - by political affiliation alone - are less prone to causing litter while in an enclosed arena over a period of time when litter causing material is present.

Every event "causes" a mess at these type of things.  So let's change my statement to:

Every event causes, and only the word "causes" with the exemption of all other known words, a mess at huge events like this, specific to similar events of this magnitude and duration.

So in the photo presented here, 800 volunteers cleaned up the caused mess.  Simply put the message is duplicitous as it presents a photo of a different event, and omits that the mess was indeed cleaned at the scheduled time by many volunteers.

So people will spread this lie, then defend it because they don't like "lefties" instead of just accepting they were lied to and the photo, with the accompanying information, does not represent what it claims in any way.

Why couldn't they use images from the actual event?

Why do they  omit that 800 people cleaned it up?

Because if they did people wouldn't spread the lie as fact.

          INCORRECT

One group of people that have been taught, understand, and  practice, Ethics/Responsibility.
They know enough to put their drink cup in a trash can. put the food wrapper, in their pocket until they find a trash can, and properly dispose or/take home,  the sign they are carrying  when they are done. They leave much less of a mess, if any at all.

Another group of people,
(same;  numbers, mix of M/F/C, place, time of day, etc)
That have never been taught,  do not, understand, or practice, Ethics/Responsibility.
Just drop anything they are done with,
then leave.
Leaving a tremendous mess,
  because they know,
      that someone else,
           has to clean up.

It is the same as, driving past the front entrance of a mart-mart/big-box store.
Some people stop, look, then walk across.
Some people do not bother to look, and just walk across.

You believe the, ‘political’, affiliation of people, has nothing to do with the mess left behind.
I believe the, ‘political’, affiliation of people, has a great deal to do with a mess left behind.

Just as one, ‘political’, affiliation of people, do not know/practice,  ethics/responsibility.
And another, ‘political’, affiliation of people, know and practice, ethics/responsibility.

Observed Reality,
explains why I believe,
a political affiliation
causes more or less litter.

Oh, another great spin from saying:
“… Everyone leaves a mess…”
then changing the meaning to:
“…Events like these cause messes…”

"Observed Reality,

"

My observations are obviously different but I also don't think what little I observe of the world is indicative of what happens in the entire world.  I have seen NRA events where trash is left behind, also at Trump rallies, and Biden ones.  This does not mean every NRA event ever is the same.  I prefer to use real evidence over lies posted on websites that corroborate with what I think is true.

I do agree that events attended by older audiences and ones that do not assign work details will be more likely to clean up after themselves.  My assessment that Conservative events will be less messy is completely anecdotal as I have no way to quantify or create controls for trash volumes at events.

My point is the image posted here is not the event it claims and the event was cleaned per the schedule by 800 volunteers.

So no part of what is posted here provides any evidence that the 2022 event was abandoned with a ton of trash.  CFP knows that people's dislike for Greta will supersede any need for actual facts or truth so they can toss up any garbage and watch people spread it around like it's true.

Bullshit,,unless it blew in. There was nobody there to make a mess.

How is, observing,
reading accounts,
speaking to attendants at gathering events,
which are in ONE COUNTRY.

Even remotely connected to,
"...what happens in the entire world..."

Gathering events, and garbage being left behind, being measured high and low, by being a Liberal or Conservative event,
from Maine, to Calf, and Florida to Washington.

Observed Reality is,
Liberal/Socialists,
make and leave the most Garbage.

I have witnessed the term "Observed reality" apply to more than ONE COUNTRY here.  For instance this thread is about an event outside the US.  Observed reality also seems to include "reading accounts" and in this case that account is a complete lie.

"Observed Reality is,

Sure.  And still the photo presented here is not of the event it is claimed, and omits that 800 volunteers cleaned the venue per the venue's schedule.

See this is what I mean - bias supersedes facts and truth.  No reason to acknowledge the original post is a blatant lie because lefties are bad.

Why accept lies as evidence of truth?

Title: Re: Preach it! Tell us how to be responsible!

While it may be true that both sides leave messes,,I have to say, when the entire Purpose of the rally is to protest something that they believe will be harmful to the environment, Aaand they leave a mess, it kinda sorta makes me question their sincerity.
Pack it in, pack it out.

"when the entire Purpose of the rally is to protest something that they believe will be harmful to the environment"

It wasn't, that's a lie.  The image presented and the information saying it was for the "Purpose" of climate change protest with Greta is a lie.  The Glastonbury Festival is not an environmental protest event at all.

So saying this is evidence that a bunch of lefties had an protest about environmental issues and left trash around is completely false.  It's a lie.

So why keep claiming it happened at Glastonbury?  Why not use information from an actual Protest event where trash was really left behind?

This right here is the answer to your question: "IDK why people post a picture and attribute it to something and it is bullshit"

They do it because it works.  You still treat this like it was an environmental protest event where trash was left behind when it wasn't that at all.  You were lied to.

Mistaken

Wr,wr,wr, incorrect.
I've seen the disaster left behind at protests against pipelines and other things that lefties are against.

"I didn't say it was. You holler liar a lot. Maybe you could try

Citizen Free Press was not "mistaken" when they posted that and then immediately after post a link saying they have "proof" the image is not from 2015 and offered a second duplicitous source that is also completely false.

The post you linked to is a lie, not a mistake.

"I've seen the disaster left behind at protests against pipelines and other things that lefties are against."

I'm sure you have, and if there was a picture from a pipeline protest I'd be all about it.  But why use pictures from other events from 7 years ago where trash wasn't left behind to prove that point?

It's like trying to let people know how great a Corvette is and showing them pictures of a wrecked Honda hatchback as evidence.  Why not show pictures of a Corvette?

"And you say, 'RED Car', comparison is bad !"

I said it is a poor argument specific to the task of changing minds in exclusivity with the exemption of all other known tasks.

What good does providing photos of unrelated events do to prove a point?  If I posted pictures of trash left at a Trump rally and they were really pictures of an unrelated event in Europe where the trash was picked up, what point would that image prove?

It would only prove my source lied.
