So, just looking at the obvious Facts, admitted in court, that the guy was actually waved Into the Capitol BY THE CAPITOL POLICE, and Because that is TRUE, the judge had to agree he was Not Trespassing..

Now,, let's take a moment and entertain a logical progression of ideas..

Was he the First person in?

I'm saying
NO, others were already in.

Evidence that is Not true?
Hit me with it.

So, if there are Already people In the Capitol,, AND they are there to overthrow the government, then WHY would the people charged with the security for the building AND the elected officials invite people Into the building?
Shouldn't they have been working AGGRESSIVELY to disgorge the people from the building?

Ohh,PLEASE explain this to me.
