In the sixties one person could make enough to have AA family of four, not some big shot type, Hoyt had a little snack bar in a grocery store and built on to his house, added a roomy two car garage, and bought himself a little country store ,my step dad had a few jobs down through the years,and mom didn't work, we did okay. Things have been downhill for years. Imagine how much worse things would be Right Now if Trump was president. |
