In a way, according to what I learned today, the labs were built long ago.
I'm in bed and will talk to you tomorrow.
So yeah, Putin has access to records that would make their presence known.
It's Not as if Russia has been Using them.

We ,well, I certainly don't, know who has been Using them or for what purpose since.
The squawking after the Discovery and a few snips of the chatter sure sounded like

There are bio-research labs for infectious disease, and there are bio-research for bio-weapons. Most countries have infectious disease research facilities.
Putin implies these are bio-weapon to justify action.

This theory originated with Q-Anon and the Right-Wing, Putin just glommed onto it.

Tucker Carlson and others have become media darlings of the state run Russian media.
This is f*ed up.

The number seems to be changing.
I know about laboratories. Texas A and M has several.
As do we,and China.
The binary answer is, again, not the only answer.
They don't have to All be trying to develop a disease,
Nor must they all be for innocuous purposes.
I posted things that explain why Putin invaded.
I don't recall seeing anything about laboratories.

I might be missing something, but I Thought the Action was taken Prior to the supposed Discovery, so, I'm confused.

They do a lot of stem cell research in Ukraine, which is banned in the US, but the US probably funds it, thus the labs.
