I think I’ve found someone more clueless, tone deaf or just plain dumber than John Kerry or our VP.

Since it was a true moral victory for the left to do as much damage as possible to our Energy production, by magically protecting the environment by continuing to burn the oil, but somehow Since That oil was produced and Hauled from somewhere else, it doesn't have a carbon footprint.
