Title: "safety switches" Post by wiguzziman on 02/08/22 at 07:14:17 What's the eaiest way to bypass the "saftey switches" (clutch, neutral, side stand) of a 96 LS650 Savage? Can they just have a jumper wire added to each switch to "fool" the switch into believing its closed? I've done this on some of my other bikes, but have heard something about a double diode preventing this from working on the Savage. THANKS for any and all help with this question. Carry on! wiguzziman |
Title: Re: "safety switches" Post by verslagen1 on 02/08/22 at 07:28:18 The savage does have a double diode, but do you think it's smart enough to detect an always on switch? No, it's just a either/or logic device. |
