I've lived in quite a few places. Never had more fun than being in Louisiana. What part of Louisiana are you in?

Hey all, if you want your rear pulley to stop wobbling you need to get a hold of Mr. Armen! Ordered a modified spacer, everything went as we discussed shipped on time everything went well I installed it guess what? No squeak no movement that I can tell by the human eye anyway. Thanks again boss!

Yes sir Mr. Dave. When you get a second I have a look at the PKW thread if you don’t mind. In the beginning I did some bonehead moves with jet sizes. It’s 630 here in Louisiana Sunday morning, I had a 50 pilot jet and a 160 Main. But last night, I did is drag bike Mike suggested, installed a 35 pilot and 142 Main. I can’t wait to turn the key and adjust it. Hopefully it will.

Hey Duderino,
So glad it worked out for you! Again, the real credit goes to Drag Bike Mike for figuring this out.
If anyone is interested, I should have more ready pretty soon. Waiting for two stock spacers to come back from folks who installed the modified ones.
Glad to be of service!
-Armen

Hi Edgwodri,
One of the problems that can develop with our bikes is that the rear pulley can develop some serious wobble. Looks wonky, can make some noise, doesn't help belt wear, and will have serious negative side effects on your dating life.
Dave came up with a solution that involved padding out the cush drive, and it worked well for him.
Drag Bike Mike took a different approach.
Realizing that the rear pulley has a huge diameter, and is supported by a single row ball bearing, he figured out that switching to a double row ball bearing, and modifying the left axle spacer to suit, gives the pulley the mechanical equivalent of a 1/2 bottle of Viagra-keeps everything stiff and straight.
To do the mod (well documented somewhere on the forum), all you have to do is remove the left side seal of the pulley carrier, warm up the carrier and remove the bearing, and install a double row/double rubber seal ball bearing (cheap and easy on Ebay).
And of course, turn down a shoulder on the left spacer.
The machining operation is pretty simple if you have a lathe.
If you don't have access to a lathe, I can modify yours for $30, which includes return shipping.
Make sense?
