Curious what mirrors you all like.

Long story short my savage was returned to me missing the stock mirrors. I bought some emgo big one mirrors but cant see around my shoulders very well. I bent the stems alittle sharper to try and eek out some more clearance but am still feeling pretty blind. Any advice?

Older model mirrors, these have a little scuffing on bottom of one.

being a cheap bastard, instead of spending on new mirrors, I made up 2pcs of 2" flat bar extensions, 10mm hole at each end, bolted to perches and mirrors, great coverage, clear, no vibes!

I'm feeling 'pretty anodized' right now. My history of trying to upload photos here is miserable. 'Imagination' is a great quality anyway!

What size bar?
What size holes?

the extensions are super simple, stable and no shoulders were injured in viewing them.

Zipi - that doesn't look like a huge change of position, but if it allows you to see better run with it! I like the stance of your bike. 8-)

those short stem mirrors you got would probably need longer ones.

The short extensions are all you really need to remove your shoulders from the mirrors. The stance was achieved by using a DC MOTIVE top tree and moving the tubes up 30mm above the tree, lowering the front. Also, the rear shocks are 12.5" sportsters from Bikers Choice.
The stance removes most of the 'oversteer' from the bike. Most enjoyable !
