I say any claim at this point has to do with the parts one wants to select as evidence versus the parts they refuse to use as evidence.

Footage of people taking a casual stroll = look no insurrection.

Footage of people assaulting the police = don't acknowledge it exists.

They were protesting.
They didn't breach the WH or even the grounds that I know of.
Still, the riot squad and even mounted police were dispatched. Didn't see that on 1/6,.. because Trump didn't want them.
