I only knew Juneteenth vaguely, as a black celebration until last year.
I think most people did.
The slow journey of news of emancipation was new to me.
As was the tragedy of the Tulsa riots.

Making this holiday official has enlightened many.

Making Biden out as fool, when you know Trump is clueless is disingenuous.
He admittedly should have known... particularly being a champion of equality,... but criticism of Biden in the face of Trump support falls very flat.
As does ignorance in any topic beyond tax fraud and infidelity.
