Looking for a complete gasket kit, with O rings ..recommendations?
Should the head gasket be metal or fiber..
should I be applying sealer to either ?
I find it odd that there is no cam cover gasket...?

I think it is to provide a more precise fit for the cam shaft bearing.

That makes sense. If the cam top bearing was incorporated into the head instead of the cover there probably would be one.
