Is it just me?... or do any of you weapons experts see the incongruity here?.
Guess where the rockets that didn't launch came from?...
How does that work?
...and the shells came too?...

I think he meant "explode" instead of launch. Those have definitely been launched.

Old school Soviet rocket artillery from WW2. Lots of them still around in the middle east - mounted on more modern trucks, of course.

Inexpensive, easy to manufacture, simple to operate, pretty low-tech by first world military standards but they still blow sh*t up if they hit it.
